In this video article, we explore how we communicate to ourselves and others, and the profound effect it has on our actions! When you say "I'm not good at Blank," you're really just saying "I've never tried for a long enough time to develop a skill in this area, and it's not that important to me." A desire that comes from inside to improve an area of your life brings change, because you're not just interested in change, it's critical. I've changed hundreds of areas of my life as a result of shifting the belief, stopping my own negative internal talk and programming and engaging in things I thought I couldn't do, until I became adept!!

Change Limiting Beliefs - Self Talk - Language with others

Limiting Self Talk! Today I want to explore something that I think some of us are aware of, not many of us try to influence an only a small percentage of us actually have developed control over and that is the way we communicate things to ourselves, in our nervous systems through language. Your neurolinguistical approach to storing information may be creating extreme limitation in your life. This is the case for thousands, literally millions of people. As we discuss in the video, when you say things like "I can't do this," "I'm just not good at BLANK," or something similar, you literally condition your mind to believe that. What kinds of actions will you take to get better in this area? WEAK! That reinforces your belief that you're not adept, or good in this area and this cycle circles around, getting worse each time. Sometimes, people go THEIR ENTIRE LIVES never tapping their true potential because of their own internal communication and limiting self talk.

It's the internal dialog that truly dictates the kinds of actions we take in our lives. The more you tell yourself, (AND OTHER PEOPLE) about your limitations, the more you actually, UNCONSCIOUSLY reinforce an create more limitations. Changing limiting beliefs is one of the things that took me from making no money, barely paying my bills to living comfortably, moving towards what I want and advancing in many areas of my life. That fueled my new beliefs, which got me to take more powerful, belief driven action which resulted in extraordinary actions, consistent improvement and outstanding results! This cycle keeps circling. Which cycle will you circle? This is the difference between night and day, and is definitely one of the major differences in successes and failures.

I want to offer you a solution: Instead of going with, and believing, "I am not good at this," or "I'm just not a BLANK," go with "I have not developed this yet," or "I have not consciously taken command of this area of my life long enough to produce a change." The control is not in the THING, or the IT, the control lies IN YOU. As soon as this becomes a belief of yours (this is achieved by practicing this), you'll notice that not only can you improve upon areas you never knew you could, but it will become a positive addition and you'll start improving all of these other areas of your life! The cycle will circle! Give yourself the power back. Stop programming yourself to limit your actions. Start actually saying that you can do these things, and then engage in doing them. Don't talk about what you CAN'T do to other people, because the act of expressing it to others is another huge part in programming your own mind. Engage in doing the thing you thought you weren't good at until you change the belief, until you change your skill level or competency in this area and you'll find that you're a lot more effective than you thought you were!!!! Isn't this great? This is the foundation for human growth, the core of achievement, the power of getting what you want out of your life, now it's time for you to reclaim it! Now, you'll be more aware of your own limiting self talk, and cultivate changes, make alterations and as a result, you'll take different actions, and you'll get different outcomes! But hey, that's just my experience, my opinion, my beliefs and my internal maps, what's yours?
